Pros
Being a small consulting company, you will get a chance to touch many things in different areas. Unfortunately only touch and not deep dive. Pushes you from all angles which you can take as challenge or pain.
Cons
Unprofessional management to the extent of having no consideration of human values. Only motive is to make money by either pressurizing, paying less or laying off. Most of assignments are adhoc. And a reminder that most of the good reviews are made up.
