Pros
embedUR is a Network Solutions company that takes care of its employees very well. There is always an effort to make sure everyone is happy and productive while still enjoying their workday. I personally feel as though everyone I work for truly cares about me. It is unusual to work under non-selfish people these days and I appreciate being able to experience such a rarity with so much security. I look forward to working here for a long time to come.
Cons
Just like any other company, we have communication issues. All departments are not always involved in a decision that may affect them but the issues are usually quickly rectified and it always leads to more collaborative communication moving forward.
