Pros
I started working here as a new graduate almost 5 years ago. It was a solid gig from the get go. The hiring process took no time at all, and from day one I never felt even a hint of imposter syndrome even though I had no idea what I was doing. The training was great, but everything in the company is very fluid. There’s no concrete SOPs because the management team is very open to change. I didn’t have anything to compare it to until I left, but once I did I could see just how rare it was. I appreciate it more now that I know what else is out there in the world.
Cons
There’s not as much room to grow as I would have liked. I was hoping to get promoted, but the competition is just too steep and there aren’t as many opportunities as there are people who want it.
