Pros
I have learned a lot since I started working here and further training is available to all workers who want it. The company-specific training is also surprisingly valuable and, in many ways, transferrable. Managers mostly keep to themselves, but the team leads are very supportive and available when needed. The industry is cut throat, but they do a good job here of turning it into an atmosphere of healthy competition. You have to work hard to keep your job but people accept that and get on with things. The culture of the company is very good. People in the office genuinely care about one another and I work with a group of people I actually want to go grab a beer with after work. The company has grown a lot in the 2 years I’ve been here and I’m happy to say my salary has grown along with it. Senior management invest back into the company and reward those who work the hardest and put in the most effort on a consistent basis.
Cons
Not enough people to complete all of the work that needs to get done on a daily basis.
