This company has a vast bandwidth of projects. It’s all about which project you get placed in. But requests to shift projects are catered provided you perform. You are put into projects way too quickly and so you will have to buck up fast which means you gotta be quick and efficient enough to keep up with the stringent targets. Dynamic and challenging environment. Very high expectation levels from management and equally high rewards if you can meet em. I find the CEO to be very ambitious. Employee suggestions are heard and grievances are addressed. Being a startup, you get to learn a lot which is absolutely missing with the biggies. PS: This company is all about how you perceive it.

No recreational activities at work place. We used to have carrom board and the management can bring it back or something.
