10yThanks for posting your views about our company but we would like to clarify a few points.
Deductions from salary:
The 30% deduction you mentioned is as per the income tax rules govern by the Govt. of India based on the income slab and applicable for everyone. The company has nothing to do with this.
Amenities:
Tea / Coffee is provided in the morning, evening. In addition, snacks are being served every day in the evening.
Cab facility:
We have an office cab provided to commute for those who work late hours and they are being dropped at their doorsteps. In case, the office cab is occupied, the employees are provided with call taxi. We are taking care to reduce the waiting time for the Cab.
Agreement /Bond:
what we follow is pretty much what is prevailing in the IT Industry for Campus hires. Without such agreeable norms, we wouldn’t be successful in hiring from Premium Institutions for several years.
Work life balance:
We work only 5 days a week, like any other IT company. Only when the project is critical or if there is any customer escalations, employees are requested to work on weekends, for which comp off is granted. On average this is roughly less than 5% of the engineers ending up working on weekends for any critical customer requirements. Employees are also granted work from home on request.
Training:
We have proven team architecture, where mentors are assigned to each of the new joinees, that facilitates hands on training. Over the years, all these efforts fructified and empowered the engineers to successfully deliver the projects on time, every time. Customers are very much impressed with our culture of project / product ownership and continue to expand the relationship in bigger way, year on year.
