When I joined this company I had 2 other offers in hand, I was scared and apprehensive initially on whether I made the right choice or not. however I choose this company for 2 reasons – Chennai and technologies they work. From day one of joining, I was guided so well from my seniors. There is no downtime. I was put on a project from day one and when I learnt the process, I realized that my two years of previous experience was just nothing, it seemed like I had 6-month experience. The team is great. Very supportive and absolutely no office politics. Everyone's doing something important.
