If you are a fresher, then would make you to fall in the trap. They will show high package. They fake your experience, and they will 4 yrs or 7 yrs experienced to the clients and get high amount from the clients and they give you 15k for internship and sucks all your energy For experienced they never give good work treat you like slave.(no weekends, early sign in 8am and late logout 3am) this is very true. get feedback from you seniors and join here Don't fall for the CTC trap

While we occasionally require support outside regular hours for critical projects, any weekend work comes with compensatory time off. We do not encourage late hours unless during critical project phases and escalation, and we urge you to report any issues regarding this to the HR team. Work Culture: Our culture is built on support and growth, with many senior engineers starting their careers here as freshers. If you feel there is a culture of fear or intimidation within your team, please bring this to HR’s attention as there is zero tolerance to any kind of fear-induced motivation. Awards and Recognition: Our award selection process is democratic, empowering employees to recognize their peers based on merit. The fact that similar winners emerge year after year reflects their consistent contributions and excellence, rather than favouritism.
