      Pros

      Good package, decent benefits. Ability to progress/earn raises with proven work performance. Fast paced and challenging work environment. The ability to contribute here is wonderful. CEO is very down to earth and makes it a point to know every single employees name.

      Cons

      The culture - small and agile firm with great folks. Now facing the growing pain. Some employees believe it’s great. For others, I don't think they are able to fit in and eventually move on.
