Pros
I have been with the company for over 7 years, I started by doing internship and continue to progressed my career in many challenging projects and into lead role presently. Salary package and opportunities are really good. To my experience, Some projects are simple, giving you a break. Some projects are pretty demanding, giving you an opportunity to excel and feel productive and gain a huge variety of experiences in a short amount of time. Also I have been given opportunity to take up complete ownership of certain modules. Overall its nice experience.
Cons
Senior management is always open, honest which is very nice and gives a welcome feeling of confidence. However more communication needed to avoid room for assumptions. Learning on the job can be stressful sometimes.
