Pros
- I hesitate to even add a positive comment, but much will be expected of you, so if there's one positive here, it's that you'll be stretched and challenged - sometimes unreasonably so.
Cons
- The CEO is a nutcase that acts like a three-year-old child. - The management-level decision-making is capricious at best and oftentimes puzzling and downright unethical. Quick bucks are emphasized over long-term goals. - Long hours are justified by management because of completely unrealistic expectations about future stock value. Don't be fooled.
