I am have been extremely satisfied with working with enCircle. The culture is positive and upper management is transparent and seeks to continuously improve and apply the guiding principals of the agency. I've been able to have a healthy work/life balance, have a supportive, approachable supervisor, and have continued to learn and grow in my position. Of all my jobs I've had through the years, I have been the most content with this job at this agency and hope to work here many, many more years. My job is within administrative services, but the agency has a variety of positions across many many departments. I definitely recommend working here!
