Hello from Sarah Hanchett, Vice President of Clinical Operations. As a passionate therapist myself, I was concerned reading your feedback and would be happy to connect directly to discuss more. We believe that our Behavioral Health Managers are the most important part of our model and want to ensure an excellent experience for each and every one of you. While we certainly appreciate your commentary and will continue to try to improve the day in the life of our clinicians, from recent feedback, we know that most of our BHM’s love what they do and are comfortable with our delivery model. Above all, we think what makes this work truly unique is supporting our BHMs and their ability to partner with primary care providers, clinics, and patients to collaboratively take care of patient’s behavioral health needs. However, it sounds like that has not been your experience, which I’m sorry to hear. I was surprised by your comment regarding promotional opportunities, as we regularly promote from within, both into roles in Clinical Leadership and other areas of the company.
