8moFirstly, I want to thank you for sharing feedback about your specific experience here at evolvedMD. Being so wildly dispersed across multiple regions, there will always be areas within the business where we can improve upon, and I would hope that in the future, your experience is reflective of the culture across most of our teams. We have a variety of voices across the organization, and we value the feedback and ideas people are willing to share across different backgrounds, experiences, and expertise. We aspire to have a team of people who are excited about who we are, what we do, and the impact our work has on patient care. As people experience growth and change within their careers, it's totally natural for some individuals to conclude that they might not feel as aligned or connected to the vision and mission as they once did. We want what is best for everyone.
