Pros

Job isnt terribly hard once trained. Pay is fair for the area. Yearly bonus if they think you deserve it (not guaranteed)

Cons

12 hour days, not knowing how many days you work in a row, sudden schedule changes, sudden job changes (dont assume you get to do the job your hired for), poor management goes unpunished by corporate, management has no oversight (no hr on site),
