Pros
I have been nothing short of impressed with how my interview and onboarding process went when joining the company. It was empowering, clearly thought out, and very welcoming. Since then I have loved being a part of this culture and the innovative atmosphere. The company really does respect and value employees and coming from a few companies who clearly did not, it is a breath of fresh air. My boss is a dream and my team is so supportive and exciting. Most progressive and flexible company I've worked for yet, especially coming out of a 2 year pandemic!
Cons
Learning and building relationships with everyone while being remote is definitely a challenge, but I'm excited to move to a hybrid structure and see everyone face to face! Definitely some growing pains and I can only speak for HQ since I am not at the plant level, but with such high growth it can seem like a lot of changes are happening and things are being moved around.
