Pros

The company has been getting a lot of negative reviews because of a small RIF that affected my department the most. Truth is that it's now more structured and the work life balance as dramatically increased. It is a great environment to work in. I have many work friends that carry over to after work. I also am not micromanaged which leads to me feeling more valued at this job over any other place I've worked in this town.

Cons

We still have room to grow and become more efficient. New technology this year has been a tremendous help. Now we are building on it. There are a few managers that are full of themselves. While it may be a con, everyone knows who they are and just works around them. They don't actually affect you personally, you just wonder why are they still here.

Pros

It's an exciting, growing company where individuals who express interest can get involved in and really impact the direction of the company. Because everything is getting built, an entrepreneurially-inclined individual can get involved in high-visibility initiatives that influence decision making.

Cons

The pace isn’t for everyone—priorities can shift quickly, and ambiguity is common. This is somewhat common for an immature company and attempting to grow quickly in a difficult market Systems and processes are still maturing, which can create friction. Resource constraints at times make execution more challenging than it needs to be.

Pros

- schedule options (8/6 or 15/13) - bonus pay on days off (up to $1750 a day if available) - diverse flying from ATL and ORD to smaller non towered airports (every rotation is different)

Cons

- aside from small base pay, additional pay is paid by the hour, if you sit on the ground on a broken aircraft or home reserve you don’t make extra money. - leads to my next con, planes break A LOT, they’re older other companies used airplanes that come with a list of issues. - you book all your own hotels, rental cars, Ubers, etc (you’d think this would be a con but it’s not. I waste my rest periods, especially late in the evening trying to get transportation, book a hotel (when everywhere is booked) and arranging food in between quick turn arounds when I would rather have someone book it for me.
