Too much travel, not enough hours - Merchandiser footprint Solutions Employee Review

I have been with this Company almost 10 years...I started with Them when it was called Prism,,I went around Remodeling Walgreens and Riteaid Drug Stores..My last Remodel nwas told Prism was sold to Footprint..I stayed with Them..I have had some great Team Leads while Traveling doing the Remodels..and great Dm...Since i do security stickering in Dollar Generals now for Footprint.....I am very satisfied with My Pay and a new DM ..I had Connie Enoch for years....She was an awesome DM...Now I have a new DM...Which i am sure She will also be awesome...I really like how I can sechdule My stores when I want to do Them in a time frame.....and if I have something come up and can't do My stores for that Day...I can move the stores to another opened day...You do not hear from Your DM unless Their is a problem....which I hardly have ran into a problem...Do You work and do it well.....no problem.......I recommened this company to My Brother In Law in Fla....emailed Connie about Him......She took Him right in.He Loves His job...This is a Great Company to work for...

I have no cons about Footprint or the DMS.......

Steady work and benefits offered

Benefits only for full time Raises do not occur Poor training Work load increases but pay does not. Quiet hiring across multiple job titles Hr issues not addressed harassment not addressed. Position threatened regularly when you are unable to keep up with ever increasing work load . Pay is below industry standard for Position
