Dear Colleague, thank you very much for your honest feedback and criticism. Concerning a few of the points mentioned by you, we would like to give you also our view on them or clarify them. As you know, the gamigo group is part of Media Games Invest. MGI is indeed focused on M & A transactions. Nevertheless the gamigo group is a stable group of gaming companies and works as a game publisher and not as a pure development studio. This has been the business model from the beginning of the gamigo group. The expectations are not low, on the contrary, we expect and encourage high quality work from all the employees, no matter the department or the games they are working on. Regarding the salary: we are doing our best to be competitive with the market and to be fair when it comes to the professional knowledge and experience of the candidates chosen for a certain position within the company. As for the games: before choosing which games will be purchased, the gamigo group measures the success rate of them before, based on strong analyses and data. It can happen that some games might be older, but still very strong on the market.
