Pros
- They hardly check if you're doing your job - English proficiency isn't enforced to be a part of any of the teams - You get to experience a bunch of different fields
Cons
- The worse "competitive" pay in the industry as a whole - You're doing the work of others or other departments without reimbursement - No overtime pay, ever, no matter how much you put in - Pointless work audits that never improve the company - Shed hundreds of talented workers to save money for C-level execs - Deny raises far too often, prevent people from requesting raises by not doing evaluations 2x a year per policy. - The production teams will never listen to Community feedback no matter how dire. - A revolving door of people due to poor (and sometimes downright offensive and misogynistic) management. - "We have made a sharp increase in profits, but none for our talented members keeping games afloat"
