Cons
CEO/COO husband and wife team take "company first" to a whole new level. Employees are burned up, out, and chastised if they speak out.
I was removed from team meetings after certain staff members left, because the "company" was afraid I wouldn't parrot the company line or have questions
I worked for over two years as a manager there, and going above and beyond is hardly recognized. I can cite dozens of instances of work nights lasting until 3 or 4 am, including one where I was then chastised for coming in late the following morning (sleep is a luxury).
Unrealistic deadlines, sales that has the green light to mislead, poor compensation, and a COO more interested in new paint and furniture than working.
A CEO that has a skillset from 2008, and no interest in grasping anything new.
Marketing new verticals before a single line of code is written, then making sure responsibility and blame gets shifted to the lower levels.
