Pros

When I first started this was truly a good place. The "unlimited" vacation is good when you are in good standing.

Cons

They have done away with what made this a fun company to work for. They are in a grow at all cost mode without having an intelligent person helping them make any decisions. Their Sioux Falls office is essentially a sweat shop at this point but their new locations in Nashville, Denver and Phoenix are great offices. The funny part about that is the Sioux Falls office does a majority of the production. Maybe treat them as such. This is a true guess but I would assume that maybe 5% of new hires will be successful. The leadership team here is the problem. The family trusted their day to day operation to a tyrant who only knows how to lead with fear. Often uses horrific language. There is a few industries that produce and the new ones are unproven. If you are truly interested in working at gpac take these negative reviews seriously. Companies that hire 40-60people per month are not investing in you, they are treating you as a number. If you aren't financially stable enough to live off essentially 1000 bucks a month, please don't do this.

As we continue to grow, our internal structure has experienced many changes. As a company, we hope to always be seen as personable and professional. It’s nice to have a reminder to never forget where we came from. Thank you for taking the time to write a review – this is something we will keep in mind.

Pros

All training and equipment provided Full internal support from all departments Uncapped earning potential Remote work Encouraging culture (not stuffy, cooperate feel) fun, high energy, supportive

Cons

It's tough. It takes a lot of internal drive and commitment. This isn't something for the weak, or those who throw in the towel with things get hard. A lot of cold outreach is required to build your desk and network - that alone isn't for everyone, especially those looking for an "easy" button.
