You get yelled at and not mentored. Poor training. Leadership is cruel, rude, and unprofessional. You'll regret taking this job.

It's tough. It takes a lot of internal drive and commitment. This isn't something for the weak, or those who throw in the towel with things get hard.
A lot of cold outreach is required to build your desk and network - that alone isn't for everyone, especially those looking for an "easy" button.
