They require you to go through your "coach" for every little thing, but when you need to get in touch with your manager you can't find him/her to save your life. Stop making cold calls for 15 minutes and then you'll hear from your coach and it's the only way to get their attention. They hire 30-50 people a month and terminate 20-40 people a month. They advertise jobs that don't actually exist to candidates and market candidates that don't actually exist to companies. And they want a whopping 33% of the first year's compensation paid on the day the new employee starts, so good luck if you're not placed into a lucrative field like legal or financial. Run, don't walk, from this company.
