Pros
- working remotely - has resources for guidance and training is available
Cons
- insane amount of cold calling with that being your main activity for success - employees must input data in their system, which ultimately is where the company gains their candidate and company inventory - pays minimum wage until you make a handful of job placements which they advertise could take 6 months to a year - when interviewing they sell you on job flexibility, but once in the role they request you to work into the evenings and require overtime work load but only pay you for your 40 hour weeks - they push you to get people you know to work as well and that you will get a percentage of their commission, team coaches get a percentage of your commission and all of your teammates as well, and team leads get a percentage of everyone's commission. Ultimately the environment is set up to perform as a pyramid scheme.
