Onboarding process was extremely helpful. Solid training program - any person can come in and be successful - regardless of your previous job. They give you the tools & resources to be successful. Supportive leadership - all leadership is easily accessible & eager to help you be successful. They all want everyone to succeed. Def. room to grow within the company - can truly make a career out of this opportunity. -- This role gave me the ability to work from home, which allows me to be more present in my kids lives. It gave me the financial freedom to do things & go places that I couldn't do with any of my previous jobs. Would highly recommend gpac to anyone considering - my only regret is the fact I didn't start sooner!
Cons
Cannot think of any disadvantages. If you have a strong work ethic, and want to get paid for the work you put in - this is the job for you. I came from a salaried position where I got paid the same check every week - no matter how hard I worked. What you put in, is what you get out in this job.
