The platform nearly sells itself - extremely differentiated vs the rest of the o11y market, which is much needed given the industry saturation. The company ethos is humble, yet bullish on the strength of the product, and everyone here is in it to win. Leadership is very smart, tenured, and proactive - this reflects in making groundcover an amazing place to work. Our Kool-Aid tastes the best here, drink it!

Some lack of flexibility given that there are certain technologies unsupported by eBPF, but that list grows shorter every cycle. If you are an AE that can't PG on your own, I can't say that groundcover is your best pick. The SDR team is getting stronger, but reps are still expected to hunt on their own to supplement pipeline.
