- NO work LIFE balance - You will have to struggle to find a non working weekend. The management is always found working over all the weekends - Motivation and enthusiasm in the team is almost NILL - Extreme work pressure most (at least 80%) of the time. Always in a fire fighting mode, there is hardly a gap of a day or 2 to think over and here is another fire to fight against. - Its a race against time going on here.
