The nice package mentioned above comes with free job insecurity. They have lost their key clients who were driving their major business. So they are on firing spree. No process defined. Negative sentiments about everything. Those sentiments are by the way true. you will realize it later, if you to choose to join. Too much biasing. Prefer to starve to death rather than joining here. There is absolutely no peace. Don't join even for a month or so. Please don't go by their offer, instead just don't go for the interview at the first place.
