Sorry to hear about your bad experience with the company. As for the policies we are constantly revisiting our policies to make sure they are fair and do consider them employee friendly. If you feel a policy is not being followed correctly please approach the HR department and we can assist in making sure it is. This includes the leave policy, because at hCentive we have an honor leave policy so as a company we are not giving less amounts of leave as mentioned. Or if there are specifics on the policies not being employee friendly please let us know your suggestions for improvement. As for management please approach HR with your specific complaints and we can work together to make sure your experience is a better one.
