I joined this company bcoz I was under the impression that its a product based company but now I realized that the work culture is more pathetic than service based company. 1.Managers wont even listen to you ..it doesn't matter to them if you like the work or not. 2.You have to work late nights very often .. 3.You have to come on weekends on a very short notice. 4.You have to work in night shifts and if somehow you manage to come in night shifts then while paying the shift allowances manager will negotiate with you. 5.Favoritism surpassing talent.
