No work life balance. Most of the time you end up spending 12-15 hrs in a day and still they will call you on weekends. No quality work. Small enhancements and bug fixes only. Code quality is very poor. Higher management is only worried about getting more and more work done. Poor management. No long term vision. Though the company claims to follow open culture, reality is completely different. Most of the people in the company are frustrated.
