Poor environment, improvement needed - Director, Technology hCentive Employee Review

Flaws in processes and planning at many levels where improvement could be done, that includes recent recruitment to project planning and resource allocation. I was amused to get contradictory reviews notification hence my two cents - recently this organization was going downhill and focus on employees are much needed. There were some under-performed managers, and HR people and their processes was not up to industry standards.
