Dishonest upper management. SUPER high standards for cleanliness, literally expected to get on the ground with a flash light to inspect for ANY crumbs. Way too micro managed, would almost think the CEO/Upper Management watched the cameras in the store from their personal phones..or offices like it was a reality tv show. Growing too fast to be as authentic as they claim to be. Worked harder and more hours (60 avg in the store and even expected to watch cameras and respond to emails after work was "done" for the day) than I have ever worked in my 14 years of management. Under appreciated.
