Pros
Good benefits for part-time employees, opportunity to move up quickly in the company (I was offered a management position in 8 mos.), much more ethically sound product sourcing than other restaurants (especially chains). Clean & safe facility.
Cons
The store I worked out went through 3 General Managers and several Shift Managers during my employment of less than one year. Equipment that became damaged was not repaired quickly, so we had to get "creative" in order to complete some basic tasks.
