Most of the managers are rude and intentionally obnoxious (emphasis on most, I only had issues with a few). I firmly believe that they want to see you struggle and want you to become upset, and when it doesn’t work, they become angry and take it out on everyone. Too, this behavior was not only directed towards us, the workers, but the customers as well. The gossip here is also incredibly terrible. Everyone knows everyone else’s business, and there is no privacy. On multiple occasions I had coworkers tell me that I was complained about in passing- complained is a nicer word for it. It sincerely makes me sad because I loved the GM at Honeygrow, and I firmly believe she does not know the extent what goes on while she isn’t at the location.
