Pros

Good for fresher to start the carrier. You can learn many things.

Cons

Need to improve management attitude and also implementer. Need to focus on people who are working hard. Not focus on people who are just speaking english or only tell "Yes Sir".

It is a pure Gujarati company. Specially Junior HRs and some other employees, almost 80% company does not welcome Non-Gujaratis
