Pros
I've been working full-time at i.am+ for over a year, and I love my position. They've been very flexible with my schedule, as I am also going to school part-time to complete my Masters. Work environment is great, the space itself is beautiful and futuristic. Company culture is great, employees are friendly and collaborative. Lots of stuff going on, so every day is different. Also provides great benefit packages.
Cons
Still very much a start up, so sometimes things are not as organized and clear as it could be in a more corporate environment. There needs to be some work on developing clear communications, operational organization and partnership roles.
