Schedule changes weekly Communication on company changes lack Do not always work at same location New hires tend to get earlier shifts over seniority If you're sick it's up to the employee to find someone to cover shifts. No Overtime PTO and Sick days are the same. If you frequently get sick, dont use PTO for vacations. Same day use of PTO results in guilt trips.
