Pros
Friendly day-to-day interactions with peers. Opportinity to work on defense related instructional projects that can build niche experience.
Cons
Performance expectations were never communicated; guidance was often vague and based in hearsay rather than defined metrics. Feedback was withheld until concerns were already at a critical stage, leaving no reasonable opportunity to address them. Abrupt termination process - less than two weeks between the first indiciation that output needed to increase and being let go. Leadership avoided providing measurable targets or examples of "meeting expectations" making it impossible to self-correct. Poor communication bectween the staffing company and the client, leaving employees caught in the middle.
