You also called out something we care deeply about: having a supportive, engaged leadership team. As an operating company within Helios, we’ve gained access to broader resources and opportunities while still maintaining the close-knit, collaborative environment that comes with being a smaller organization. We believe that balance creates meaningful opportunities for impact and visibility that can be harder to find in larger companies.
That said, we hear your feedback around growth opportunities. As we continue to evolve, building on our 30 years in business and the incredible talent across our team, we’re actively focused on expanding development paths and creating new ways for employees to grow their careers with us and within the broader Helios organization for those who are interested.
