      Pros

      I liked my supervisor and the work Flexibility

      Cons

      Unclear expectations-- lots of last minute changes with lack of vision/goals. Inconsistent payment. Took weeks- months to get back payment with little communication. Retaliatory-- when I raise issues/ concerns I was taken off projects. Again, with little/no communication.

      Flexible hours, set your own schedule. Fun content.

      Cons

      Schedules change and there are a lot of moving pieces to stay on top of.

      A tad disorganized when I was there, struggles with hiring which lead to lower quality teaching
