      Pros

      The recruiting process at ICIMS is a complete breath of fresh air. Each person I have come into contact with has been very thorough and clear about what each step in the process entails. As I walked through the office it was clear to me that people are passionate about the company, product and encourage a community culture. I am looking forward to my start date.

      Pros

      Decent work life balance. Some employees are talented

      Cons

      Took a nosedive after VC acquisition. Lost its engineering culture and cut much of its talent. Now on life support until VCs extract as much value as they can.
