9yWe’re sorry to hear that you left us and ultimately did not enjoy your time here. However, we feel the need to reiterate the value that we place on our entire Customer Service Department, including Technical Support. The second part of our mission statement is to provide a customer experience that’s second-to-none, and we strive to maintain the positive feedback and ratings that we receive regarding our customer service by making it a priority.
