      Pros

      It has been a pretty good experience working at iCIMS for the first 90 days. I have had extensive training and have been given everything I need to grow professionally within the company. They make it a priority to have a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      It's a pretty long day.

      Pros

      Decent work life balance. Some employees are talented

      Cons

      Took a nosedive after VC acquisition. Lost its engineering culture and cut much of its talent. Now on life support until VCs extract as much value as they can.
