Great Experience - Anonymous employee iCIMS Employee Review

Such a great onboarding experience as a new hire. I have been here for about 3 months now and it has been the best. The talent development team really brings their A-game and helps you become acclimated as an employee at iCIMS. After only 3 months, I feel like I have been here for even longer. Through training and classes, I was able to easily get familiar with our products and really hit the ground running right away. Weekly meetings with your manager are also a plus. Feel like you can really form a good relationship and talk to them about any of your concerns. Overall it has been an awesome experience and accepting this job at iCIMS has been the best decision!
