      Pros

      I just recently interviewed with ICIMS and the staff from the phone interviews to the actual interviewing process with hiring managers are ABSOLUTELY amazing. Very professional and just easy going.

      Pros

      Decent work life balance. Some employees are talented

      Cons

      Took a nosedive after VC acquisition. Lost its engineering culture and cut much of its talent. Now on life support until VCs extract as much value as they can.
