Pros
Once I connected with a recruiter, the process was very smooth. The two recruiters I worked with were well-informed and very professional. The interview process was straight forward, meeting with four managers from the team. It is worth asking a lot of questions throughout so you can communicate your strengths in relation to the role.
Cons
On-campus representatives were lackluster compared to the professionals in-house. Keep checking for open positions that match your background.
