Pros
decent health care. free coffee and soda. convenient location. younger staff, which was nice, but also a downfall (see below). bagel fridays.
Cons
cliquey, low pay, terrible and inexperienced management, lots of drama. there are very little checks and balances in place to ensure fairness. communication between departments leaves a lot to be desired. hires young and inexperienced to save money, without proper management and leadership to mold them. also relatively cultish.
