      Pros

      I have just signed on with iCIMS as a sales executive and have be wildly impressed with the recruiting and onboarding process. It is most refreshing to work with an organization that sells a recruiting solution that demonstrates excellence in its own recruitment process.

      I honestly have no cons to share at this time.

      Pros

      Decent work life balance. Some employees are talented

      Cons

      Took a nosedive after VC acquisition. Lost its engineering culture and cut much of its talent. Now on life support until VCs extract as much value as they can.
